this morning, 10 days after superstorm sandy. here's a live picture from columbus circle in new york city, you see the snow on ground there, roads look to be clear we don't see much sign of heavy winds now the nor'easter is affecting travel in the bay area 11 flights scheduled to arrive in san francisco from philadelphia, newark and new york are cancel this morning. 31 flights were cancelled yesterday. sandy victims are hunkering down again this morning. paula faris has more. >> reporter: the northeast had just begun recovering from sandy now this. heavy snowfall on top of the destruction. >> it is snowing this is like in to injury hurricane now blizzard. >> reporter: the storm is dropping wet snow, sleet and rain wind gusts up to 60 miles per hour, falling temperatures adding to the problems for those without heat and electricity. police took to the streets and urged people to take shelter. volunteers are clearing out supplies that have been collected in order to make room for people who might need shelter. new jersey issued mandatory evacuation order for several coastline communities. >> cop
